## Fractional Sales Director

Hi, I'm Ben, Founder of Qolaba, Fractional Sales Director and Sales Coach helping ambitious founders and business leaders build and refine their sales function.

I have over 20 years' experience in sales, 10+ years in sales leadership, across a mix of startups and scale-ups. Having built and scaled sales teams across the UK and Europe I have learnt what it takes to build, onboard and manage high-performing sales teams at speed.

In 2025, I decided to move away from corporate roles and setup Qolaba, which allows me to follow my passion for supporting ambitious founders and senior leaders to build high performance sales engines.

Why fractional? For me, I get to work with a range of exciting businesses in many different sectors. For my clients, they are almost always too early-stage to hire a full-time sales leader (and often don't have the £150k+ required to pay for one). What they do need however is someone who can work with them to build their sales processes, setup their tech stack, onboard / train their sales team and own revenue, with little to no ramp time. That's where I come in
