Test Partnership is a trusted provider of psychometric assessments, renowned for their knowledgeable and approachable support. They empower over 6,000 talent teams, from startups to global enterprises, to identify candidates with the right abilities, behaviours, and skills for their roles.

The Need

With a reliance on inbound channels and ambitions to scale, the Founder & CEO recognised the need to document and refine their sales processes, including building an outbound engine, with a view to increasing lead generation, average order value and client retention.

The Solution

We delivered an initial 3-month fractional programme of services, focussed on documenting and refining current sales processes, implementing a new outbound sales process from scratch, onboarding a newly hired SDR and documenting everything in an easy to use Sales Playbook.
